We offer accommodation in 8 double rooms, each with an area of 26 m², equipped with spacious separate or double beds and an extra bed. One of the rooms is adapted for disabled people. The rooms are tastefully decorated with design wooden furniture and equipped with everything you need for your comfort. All rooms have private bathroom with a shower box, a toilet and a washbasin. Rooms are air-conditioned and heated by underfloor heating. Other amenities include high-speed wifi connection, LED TV and hairdryer. The entrance to the rooms and public areas of the guesthouse is enabled with a chip card. All rooms are accessible on the ground floor of our guesthouse. You can park your car right in front of the door to your room. 6 of the 8 rooms are fitted with a French window with direct access to the courtyard and the garden. All windows have an electrically controlled roller shutter, which is able to completely darken the room to prepare a quiet and intimate environment for you. You can look forward to handmade 25 cm thick mattresses made especially for our guesthouse by upholsterer Pavel Konečný from Bořetice and Mirabell pillows from PiCaSo Manufactury.
We offer accommodation in three spacious apartments, which are located on the first floor of the cafe building (accessible by an outdoor staircase), in two triple beds one-bedroom apartments with an area of 32 m² and in one six beds two-bedrooms apartment with an area of 57 m². The apartments have one or two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a private bathroom and a corridor. Rooms are tastefully decorated with design wooden furniture and equipped with everything you need for your comfort. The bedroom is equipped with spacious double bed, single bed, LED TV and wardrobe. In the kitchen you will find a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric kettle, kitchenware), dining table for 3 or 6 persons. High-speed wifi connection is a matter of course. All apartments are air-conditioned and heated by underfloor heating.
The apartments also offers long-term accommodation.

Children under 3 years of age free of charge.
Children under 6 years discount 50 %.
Pets are not allowed.
Breakfast, parking and high-speed wifi are included in the room and apartment rates.
The price does not include the municipal accommodation fee, which the guest pays in cash upon arrival at the guesthouse.
Breakfast is served buffet style for 6 or more guests. Otherwise, breakfast is provided by choosing from three menus. Breakfast always includes sweet pastries, fruit, fruit juice, water, milk, coffee and tea.
We offer our guests a possibility of eating in our guesthouse by choosing from our café menu. In the café menu you can find simple Italian dishes such as panini, toasts, salads, hamburgers, pizza or sweets from regional confectioners. For more details see our current café menu.
We offer breakfast for 190 CZK / person for guests from other accommodation facilities near our guesthouse who do not have breakfast. The order must be made no later than one day before.

Flexible price
Flexible price allows you to cancel or change your reservation. The guest will pay a deposit of 50% of the total price for the booked service after booking. The guest will make an online payment by a payment card via the secure payment gateway or by bank transfer based on the issued invoice with a maturity of 5 days from its issue. The guest will pay the rest of price for the booked services no later than 7 days prior to arrival to the guest house, again by a payment card via the secure payment gateway or by bank transfer based on the issued invoice with a maturity of 5 days from its issue.
The reservation will be canceled in case the guest does not pay the accommodation price in the specified amount and time.
Guests may cancel or change their reservation at any time prior to their accommodation. Cancellation or change of reservation must be announced in written form, and the guest is required to pay a cancellation fee.

8 – 14 days – 50 % of the total price
7 days or less – 100 % of the total price
Exceptional situations and cases will be assessed and solved individually.
Non-refundable price
Non-refundable price is a discounted price for accommodation services. In this case, the guest can not cancel or change the reservation. The guest will pay the price for the booked services on-line with a payment card via the secure payment gateway or by bank transfer on the basis of the issued invoice with a maturity of 5 days from its issue immediately after booking.
We offer guests a private Finnish sauna. Sauna can be booked during the stay in the guest house or in advance by e-mail or by telephone
The maximum capacity of the sauna is 4 people.

You can safely lock your bicycles in our bicycle storage room, where you have the option of recharging your electric bike.
